Knott's Chicken Dinner Restaurant: A Culinary Delight Awaits

I went for the midnight brunch avalible only select days during Knotts Scary Farm The entrance for the midnight brunch is at the back. Opposite of the main entrance. It was of course delicious. The must haves were the boysenberry sausages and biscuits with boysenberry jam. Everything else was filler. Coffee was hot and had a good flavor and the juices was ice cold super good. Plastic utensils were provided with sturdy disposable plates. No other toppings for the scrambled eggs other than salt pepper and ketchup. Parking is $40. This midnight brunch about 24 per person. All in all not bad especially if you don't like crowds but miss a buffet setting. There is a choice of: Waffles Pancakes Biscuits Scrambled eggs Country fried potatoes Fried chicken thighs and legs Bacon Boysenberry Sasuage Sasage gravy Boysenberry jam Hot syrup Fruit Coffee Orange juice Apple juice Water

This place was worth the wait the food was delicious I got chicken and waffles and it was my only complaint is we stopped on the way out of town and my hubby ordered a beer growler and we never got it he thought it was n in the brown paper bag they put in the big clear bag since get got a bucket of chicken meal but half way home when I checked the bag to eat we noticed it wasn't there I've been trying to call since Tuesday with no luck?! But other then that I will def be back. Oh and the boisenberry jam is the best!!!!

It has been years since we have been to Mrs. Knott's fried chicken restaurant at Knott's Berry Farm. The restaurant itself has been remodeled again, allowing for more seating, a bigger bar and a more modern decorative style meshed with old photographs of the restaurant and painted portraits of Walter Knott and Cordelia Knott. The menu is simple, but well done. Of course it's claim to fame is Cordelia's receipe for fried chicken. Still hand made, as well as the mashed potatoes, corn, cabbage and rhubarb. The side of chicken noodle soup was superb, creamy and thick with huge chunks of chicken. It was great and it reminded us of the times we would come here with family on vacations. It's an annual must for us when we are here in Southern California. I think most would say it is a great food item.

Family atmosphere, waitress had amazing customer service. Had to try the famous 100 year old fried chicken recipe. It didn't disappoint, it was literally the best fried chicken ive ever had. Crunchy, crispy, juice seasoned perfectly, portions are so big. Breast, wing, thigh, leg. Mashed potatoes perfection, strawberry rhubarb side and cabbage and ham, 6 biscuits with boysenberry Jam. And comes with pie slice. Under $26.00 could feed two. Additionally $8.00 to split the plat but worth it if you want to share. Kid, had the sliders, equally as good. I wish we had this restaurant in Oregon. 10 out of 10.

This place is a must do on each visit to Knott’s Berry Farm, or even just a visit to Buena Park. The fried chicken platter is sooo worth the money. Look at the hunk of chicken they give you. It’s one of the best meals you can get at any amusement park anywhere.

My dad swears that this is the best fried chicken he's had. I had to find out if he was right. We must have come during an odd time because my chicken was REALLY dry. Tasted fine just...left me wanting more. My husband loved his spicy chicken sandwich. Soup was ok, I let hubs have the salad. Sides were... sides. Don't get me wrong, I enjoyed it here and the staff was nice. But was hoping for more tender chicken. Maybe next time?
